PharmGKB collects, curates and disseminates knowledge about the impact of human genetic variation on drug responses.
About
Stanford Reference: 10-240A Abstract Stanford University researchers have developed a database of human genetic information. The database encompasses clinical information including dosing guidelines and drug labels, potentially clinically actionable gene-drug associations and genotype-phenotype relationships. PharmGKB collects, curates and disseminates knowledge about the impact of human genetic variation on drug responses. Further information can be found on the PharmGKB website. A video of inventor Russ Altman speaking about PharmGKB can be found here. Please find a boilerplate copy of the license agreement here. Publications Ashley EA, et al.
