About
From a hardware perspective, we embed sensors inside the central plank of a pallet to collect data about temperature, humidity, shock, drops, tilts, location, and weight. All of this data is then synced through a dual radio system into the cloud. We use machine learning algorithms to harness and record the data on the actual pallet. Once synced into the cloud, the data is analysed and the high-level use cases include predictive analytics, shipping lane and procurement (re-ordering) optimization, and overall cargo visibility – both its condition and location. We are able to provide enhanced inventory management, predict stock-outs, and warn of any potential temperature excursions. Our vibrational signature analysis is even able to tell if the product has been tampered with.
