Marionette is a software and hardware toolkit which enables the rapid development and deployment of robotic and autonomous systems for use across numbers sectors.

About

Marionette™ is a unique system which acts as the heart of robotic and autonomous systems. Developed over 10 years, and now utilised across industries including defence, nuclear, civil infrastructure and agriculture, it enables the rapid development and safe, secure deployment of remote and autonomous systems. The technology delivers capabilities including remote control, GPS waypoint following, obstacle detection and avoidance and follow-me to any equipped vehicle. Furthermore it allows the rapid add-on and control of sensors and tools such as robotic arms, sprayers, cutters and more. All elements of the system can then be monitored and controlled by operators through a wide-range of interaction methods ranging from in-field tablet/smart phone systems to fixed operations centres.

DCE works with a wide range of vehicle manufacturers to integrate Marionette in to wheeled and tracked platforms ranging from 250kg to 60 tonnes. These platforms are commonly available to us where a suitable customer requirement arises.

Key Benefits
