Limitless is a location-aware data platform that analyses customers within physical stores. Combining location sales & CRM data we build a unique profile on each customer. Their spending habits, the areas visited allowing us to market to them in store based on previous purchases. We utilise the data for identifying lost sales & abandoned baskets and for re targeting consumers on line or in store. Utilising single sign on we can identify customers in store on line & connect their purchases or abandoned baskets. We can use ouur PWA to gather direct feedback from the consumer in any format from Happy or not Star rating or feedback. The platform analyses the feedback and provides reports and actionable insights.
