LightFi's IoT system uses novel occupancy sensing and indoor air quality monitoring to make any existing building smart - no rewiring required. LightFi's core system tells you when and where people are actually using your space, in real-time. LightFi's system includes distributed battery powered environment and motions sensors. A client can choose what and how granular they want to monitor within their buildings, be it CO2 levels for indoor air quality, or desk-by-desk occupancy. LightFi occupancy system integrates with BMS (of any flavour) to automate the building's Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC). LightFi's demand based building control has been shown to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions significantly (17%-44% on the energy bill), improve indoor air quality and improves user comfort.
