Hexcore has a unique technology to manufacture high strength honeycomb boards , paper pallets and boxes that can replace traditional wooden packaging with a sustainable and cost effective alternative without compromising on the performance and strength. Hexcore packaging are 85% lightweight , 35% lower carbon and are made from 100% recycled paper and are fully recyclable. On an average Hexcore pallets can save a minimum of £ 60/ pallet when shipped through air freight as the paper pallets weigh only 5Kg whereas the wooden pallets weigh at an average of 25Kg, saving a freight cost of 20 Kg. Hexcore pallets can also be assembled in site, hence reducing the inward transports of empty pallets. The pallets can be broken down when not needed. Hexcore packaging materials are ISPM 15 Compliant and are globally accepted. It's more safe to use in warehouses as it does not have any nails or splinters.
