Perceptor PTXL inspects printed labels in realtime and automatically overstrikes failures at print speeds of up to 6”/second. Inspections include OCR/OCV, code verification to ISO standards, alignment, size, blemish, content, pattern matching, serial number validity and duplication. Unlimited systems can be connected worldwide to one global database, thereby ensuring that multiple sites do not duplicate labels and templates can be controlled centrally. Perceptor PTXL also manages power and network outages so duplicates are prevented if systems go down. Fully compliant to 21CFR Part 11, Perceptor PTXL is unrivalled in performance and capability.
