And being in the wine trade, alcohol was also how we made our living. But a wasted tomorrow and damage to longer term health seems like an awfully high price to pay for a good time tonight. We wanted to know how to avoid hangovers and protect our liver health, so we put our thinking caps on.  After years of research, experimentation and yes, plain hard drinking, we came up with a winning formula which has proven its value for us and our mates for many years.
