LVLFi has developed a platform of apps and games based on the concepts of gamification and behavioural economics to help Health and Life insurers both better engage their customers, and to encourage and reward their insured to be more active - which lowers their risk for chronic disease and in turn claims rates and costs for the insurer. Additionally, by collecting user data on activity and wellness, we can help insurers better classify risk, leading to more accurate user risk profiles. Our app and associated games makes it fun and enjoyable for the insured to exercise more and become healthier. By interacting with our products on a daily basis, the users build a better brand relationship with their insurer, lowering churn rate. We offer games, awards and prizes to users of all abilities to be more active, lowering the barriers for entry to the insured population to start a more active lifestyle. This lowers the insured's risk for Cancer, Diabetes and Cardiovascular Disease, some of the leading claims costs for Health/Life insurers.
