Our high protein flours are grain agnostic, allowing the use of wheat, oat, rice or corn base and more. The protein content of flours range from 50 to 80%, comprising of all 9 essential amino acids and 30% lower carbs compared to traditional grain based flour systems. Our first commercial product is a high protein wheat flour mix for making complete protein bread. Our bread recipes delivers a great tasting experience while not compromising on overall nutritional quality of bread. Because EQUII protein comes from Fermentation, it is very easy to digest and can be enjoyed by the whole family, any time of the day. With EQUII bread, consumers can access 20g of complete protein in a standard sandwich format, along with balanced nutrition that is good for us and good for the planet. EQUII has industry's first food microbes selection platform to ferment grain-based raw materials to produce complete protein flours. During the fermentation bio-process, the starch is depleted resulting in grain of biomass which is rich in high quality protein and fibers.
