GreenAg's vision is to create a fertiliser that makes full use of urban green waste for agriculture, replacing less sustainable products in the market. The fertiliser plant developed can then be replicated around the world to make use of these waste-streams and improving agricultural outcomes.

Green Ag was born out of the need to develop and manufacture new forms of soil amendments and fertiliser.
We have developed systems and technologies for taking organic and inorganic waste streams and turning them into plant nutrition and soil health builders.
Our cornerstone product, Restore C, utilises green waste from the urban environment (Food-organic, Garden-organic (FOGO waste)) and manufactures a fertiliser granule that is mechanically strong enough to be distributed by modern air-seeders in a broadacre setting. The multiple advantages of using FOGO waste as the base for this fertiliser granule include:
- locally sourced fertilisers
- creates a value-added product from this waste
- increases soil organic carbon in a broad-acre setting
- significantly reduced fertiliser emissions, as current fertilisers are produced from methane gas and have high transport emissions
