lFlyBox offers modular insect farming solution (‘FlyBoxes’) that are deployed on customer sites,
empowering them to bio-convert organic waste into insect protein (for animal feed/pet food) and frass
(biofertilizer), demonstrated at the demonstrator sites (Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire). Modules include the Breed, Hatch, Grow and Lab, reflecting different stages in the insect life cycle.

Waste companies can offer a premium, greener solution/more sustainable waste management option for waste generators (supermarkets and food manufacturing companies etc.).
Livestock farmers can benefit through the on-farm nutrient recycling of their existing waste streams. This reduces the need for waste removal and adds products such as protein and oil for animal feed and fertilizer for plant production back into their enterprises.
Potential insect farmers have low cost to barrier as the deployment of Flyboxes is quicker (3-6 months) and more configurable than the alternative bigger, higher CAPEX requiring facilities.
