Fixzys remote visual assistance technology is powered by Computer Vision AI, Augmented Reality and propriety Deep Learning solutions, allows landlord, tenants and field service agents to connect using live video guided solutions for purposes of gathering real time video and photographic data to issues maintenance and emergency solutions in real time from any smart device or desktop. The ability to remotely or if required use the same capability and application set on smart devices provides tenant the opportunity to see in the property and gather valuable asset data through pictures, videos and 3D dimensional drawings that can be attained using simple point and click capability. Additional features that add further to the landlords oversight is the ability understand the size and condition of all internal aspects of the property whether that be private or commercial. Using our defect and image detection functionality that has been designed and developed in collaboration with Edinburgh University, we are also able to recognise details that could be used to prioritise the remediation in areas areas such as mould and damp or any other areas of building disrepair. Should a property visit be necessary the landlord or contractor has already inspected and has the visibility of the problem which has been gathered remotely and can provide help to guide the requestor (customer/other engineer) to complete a self repair or resolve issues or provide problem resolution. If a first time remote resolution is not possible and an engineer is required to attend site they can inspect the job and using the functionality available within Fixzy to capture all relevant information including photos, video, measurements and any materials required before arriving which drives up first time fix rates and efficiencies. Fixzy Remote Visual Assistance is currently used across a number of sectors whereby connection from any device is required to place an expert 'in the room' without the need to physically be there. The COVID pandemic and well documented skilling shortages have highlighted that traditional ways of working need to change. Multiple contact customer journeys which typically involve logging an issue, sending someone out to view and then aim to resolve are both costly and do not meet the new demand of customer expectation.
