About
Reap by Farming Carbon is a web application that will provide accessible peer to peer educational opportunities from farmers in who have embedded and profited from environmentally sustainable farming practices. We facilitate opportunities for farmers to list their projects so that local businesses can financially support the delivery of ecologically impactful projects and there is mutual benefit from doing so. We use an advanced technology solution to help reduce the burden of paperwork, which can be adapted to reflect the priorities of any environmental farming certification for audit readiness.

Applications
We are funded through the provision of sustainability consultation to primarily agri-food businesses in Northern Ireland. We propose that the business model for the business is a licence model, paid for in part by processors or distributors and the other portion paid by the farm user. This is because the Reap product delivers very tangible and marketable benefits to all members of the food supply chain.
