ExpandOS is a sustainably sourced protective packaging product that replaces plastic bubble cushioning and foam. The product is shipped flat on pallets to customers who use an Expander to form small paper pyramids. The pyramids are then dropped into boxes to protect fragile items. The patented design ensures that fragile items are surrounded with a unique cushioning product that absorbs pressure and impact, protecting glass, lighting, porcelain, machine parts, ceramics, automotive parts, and any other items typically shipped with plastic bubble cushioning and all forms of plastic foam. ExpandOS are trusted by Gulfstream Aerospace, Cummins Diesel, Epson USA, and many other manufacturers who are eliminating plastics from their commerce stream.
