A biological, modular, IIoT connected system for contaminated water treatment

This zero waste, green technology utilizes sustainable processes and materials and has low energy requirements. The treatment system uses no or few chemicals and has no hazardous components or additives. The system is remotely deployable and has reduced life cycle costs compared with treatment systems available in the current market. It enables sustainable water reuse and increases availability of water in areas where water is a limited or limiting resource (e.g., in arid climates, regional/remote sites) , and enables interaction with and connection to water via the IIoT.
