Providing our clients with a specialised Load & Haul solution which gives them a more effective way of managing and improving productivity of their fleet at a cost affordable rate. Our highly scalable cloud-based solution tracks production, maintenance, and safety in real time. Improving equipment effectiveness, planning, operational discipline, maintenance management and facilitates short interval control. Our cloud-based software solution opens up the globe from the comfort of your room. Imagine a laptop, wifi, UPS for power backup, some basic training and you can literally service a client in Peru, Indonesia or the mine down the road in Middelburg. We make use of control room operators, data clerks, business analysts, industrial engineers and developers (junior, intermediate and senior). My innovation is for AVA IoT SA (our level 2 BBBEE registered company) to take hands with Exxaro and create the ideal environment whereby people with disability can service the mining industry through digitalization, using the AVA software solution as its vehicle for future growth.
