Fairer Games is an exciting startup creating digital games with a focus on diverse characters and local storytelling in East Anglia. The company was founded in 2022 to address the persistent issue of diversity in both game content and the workforce behind them. When there is a lack of diversity in the creation process, it's ultimately the players who lose out, and Fairer Games want to solve this problem.

Brewess is an innovative approach to games development, working in close collaboration with local communities and organisations, providing a focus on location as well as bringing history to life. Our original IP explores the little-told stories of the women-brewers which were the foundation of the thriving beer industry we see in the UK today. Their ales kept farm-labourers and lords alike well nourished during some of the most tumultuous periods of Medieval and Early Modern history.
