Applied Blockchain is a development studio specialising in blockchain and privacy technologies. Founded in London in 2015, the company has designed, developed, delivered and supported over 150 platforms to clients across a broad range of geographies and industries including finance and trading, supply chain, aviation, automotive, health, media, and art.
Applied Blockchain works with leading global companies such as Shell, the United Nations, Vodafone, Barclays, KLM, SITA, delivering world class solutions that process billions of dollars each day.
We have extensive experience in app development, building secure, scalable, and user-friendly platforms for enterprise clients. For instance, we engaged with the UN World Food Programme to create a multi-party system allowing uploading documents. The system allows each stakeholder to upload the necessary documentation for aid package transportation. The system is designed to enhance process efficiency and has been developed as a centralised web application to allow for quick feedback from stakeholders.
Applied Blockchain was invited to advise the UK Government at the Houses of Parliament, House of Lords, and UK Export Finance. In addition, it was selected as Industry Representative at the inaugural All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Blockchain.
