CFD-optimised HATL hardware de-stratifies temps and boosts user-side heat exchange; AIoT controls IAQ/clean air and cuts HVAC load in line with ASHRAE 241.

About

Healthy Air Technology Ltd (HATL) builds building-scale air-cleaning systems that pair HEPA-13 filtration with our patented D-orbital nano-oxide (DNO) catalyst to chemically neutralise gaseous pollutants and bioaerosols while avoiding secondary release. Our hardware is CFD-optimised to distribute clean air uniformly and de-stratify room temperatures, improving comfort and user-side heat exchange. Layered AIoT controls monitor particulates, VOCs, occupancy, and derived virus and mould indices to modulate airflow, fan power, and purifier duty—maintaining target IAQ while reducing HVAC runtime and reheat. We design for standards-led operation (e.g., ASHRAE 241) and measurable outcomes in kWh/m², PM/VOC reduction, clean-air delivery—so facility teams can treat IAQ as a controllable, auditable performance variable. Our retrofit-ready units drop into real buildings and deliver practical, portfolio-scale efficiency gains.

Key Benefits

  • Hard energy savings: Lower fan power and reheat by reducing over-ventilation while maintaining target IAQ; measurable kWh/m² cuts.
  • High IAQ without ozone: HEPA-13 + catalyst removes PM/VOCs and deactivates bioaerosols with no secondary release.
  • CFD-optimised distribution: Uniform clean-air delivery, fewer dead zones, and temperature de-stratification that improves comfort and heat-exchange efficiency.
  • AIoT control: Sensors and analytics (PM, VOC, virus & mould indices, occupancy) modulate purifier/HVAC duty in real time.
  • Standards-aligned: Operates to ASHRAE 241 clean-air objectives to support risk-based ventilation strategies.
  • Retrofit-ready: Portable units deploy in existing spaces with minimal disruption or BAS changes.
  • Operational transparency: Dashboard KPIs—CADR, equivalent clean-air rates, PM/VOC trends, runtime, and energy—support ESG reporting.
  • Lower OPEX & maintenance: Long-life filters/catalyst layers and auto-mode reduce manual intervention and runtime.
  • Portfolio scalability: Site-level policies roll up to portfolio controls for consistent performance across buildings.
  • Occupant experience: Quiet operation and stable temperatures improve perceived air quality and comfort.

Applications

  • Primary segment (CRE portfolios): Offices, coworking, business parks, mixed-use assets managed by global firms (e.g., CBRE) seeking IAQ + energy KPIs (kWh/m², EUI, WELL/RESET).
  • Healthcare: Hospitals, clinics, dental/AGP rooms, IVF/clean areas needing risk-based ventilation (ASHRAE 241) and rapid room turnover.
  • Education: Universities, schools, labs, libraries—high occupancy, variable schedules, retrofit-friendly IAQ with lower HVAC runtime.
  • Hospitality & Leisure: Hotels, conference centers, gyms/spas—guest rooms and shared spaces needing quiet, ozone-free IAQ.
  • Retail & Public Venues: Malls, supermarkets, museums, event halls—crowd-based IAQ control with portable deployment.
  • Transport & Hubs: Airports, rail lounges, depots—intermittent peaks; quick set-ups without major HVAC works.
  • Light Industrial & R&D: Tech offices, pilot labs, makerspaces—PM/VOC reduction with targeted clean-air delivery.
  • Residential Build-to-Rent/PRS: Lobbies, amenities, and units in polluted urban zones; portfolio rollouts with ESG reporting.

Buyer personas: Asset owners, property/facility managers, ESG leads, heads of engineering, workplace/HSSE.

Deal scale: Single floors/rooms to multi-asset portfolios; retrofit-first, CapEx-light; integrates with BAS/BMS or runs standalone.
