About the Founder
Inspired by icons like Mr. Narayan Murthy and Mrs. Sudha Murthy, Rishi embarked on his entrepreneurial journey early, starting with an online ticket booking venture in Kanpur during his high school years.
Avid follower of Mr. Narayan Murthy & Mrs. Sudha Murthy from Infosys, Rishi started a business when he was in class 11th (2011) with his uncle in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. It was an online ticket booking services business which they both ran but it did fail due to operations challenges within one and half years but that added the bug of entrepreneurship in him. He did freelancing in his college days and realized the pain pointers being faced by small business owners. He started his professional career with Infosys (back then his dream company for the love he has towards his role models), what he learnt there made him realize the way Infosys is serving its clients, MSMEs should also get similar professional services for them to grow faster.
Ironically, an Australian e-commerce company from Noble Park, Melbourne reached out to him on 11th Jan 2018 through a common friend, and he agreed to help fix some issues on their e-commerce portal without any costs. Overnight, he rallied his friends and assembled a small team to take on this exciting challenge, which would soon become the foundation of Pharoscion Global. What he started in his flat in 2018 as a live project is now the Pharoscion Global.
In about July of 2019, he co-founded The Pizza Central, a one-stop cafe chain that operates on a franchise basis. To begin, he had a goal of helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with their digital transformation without charging them exorbitant costs. He hopes to take his business in the same direction that Zerodha has taken theirs: entirely on their own two feet. Despite initial setbacks, his passion for entrepreneurship persisted through freelancing and a stint at Infosys, where he recognized the untapped potential in providing professional services to MSMEs.

An AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Ex-Infosys & Ex-Fusion Global (UK), what I, Rishi (Founder & Chief Pharoscion) started in his storeroom in 2018 as a live project is now the Pharoscion Global, A Digital Transformation Company Serving Globally. To begin, we had a goal of helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with their digital transformation journeys that eventually scaled to Enterprises and Corporations, without charging them exorbitant costs. In about July of 2019, he also co-founded The Pizza Central, a one-stop cafe chain that operates on a franchise basis and took successful exit in December 2022.

Inception
Founded as a passion project in Rishi's apartment, Pharoscion Global swiftly evolved into a global player in digital transformation.
Rishi, inspired by Mr. Narayan Murthy and Mrs. Sudha Murthy, began his entrepreneurial journey in class 11 with an online ticket booking business in Kanpur, which faced operational challenges & failed. This experience fueled his passion for entrepreneurship. After freelancing in college & understanding the struggles of small business owners, he started his professional career with Infosys. There, he realized MSMEs needed professional services similar to those provided by Infosys. In 2018, he helped an Australian e-commerce company with their ecomm portal issues for free, which became the foundation of Pharoscion. Rishi's goal is to support SMEs in digital transformation affordably, aiming to build Pharoscion independently like Zerodha.
