Sept 2022: Talent Recognition today announced it has joined NVIDIA Inception, a program designed to nurture start-ups revolutionising industries with technology advancements.

Talent Recognition is a self-funded HR Tech start-up that has developed the TR Recruiter.
While there are numerous recruitment tools that give insight into a candidate’s hard skills, it is the employee’s soft skills that determine their level of success in fulfilling the role. TR Recruiter is the first tool that immediately identifies the applicants’ soft skills at the point of application. We have created a library of templates for over 250 job roles.
The process is friction free (the applicant looks into their device-cam while we grab 6 x images). Each applicant is ranked in order of best fit (to the selected template) allowing the recruiter to immediately identify the applicants to interview first, irrespective of gender, ethnicity or age.
