Talent Recognition Joins NVIDIA Inception Program

Sept 2022: Talent Recognition today announced it has joined NVIDIA Inception, a program designed to nurture start-ups revolutionising industries with technology advancements.

All recruitment tools focus on hard skills analysis, yet the key determining factor for an employee’s success in their role are their soft skills. TR Recruiter is the first HR-Tech tool that generates a psychological analysis of the applicants’ soft skills, in real-time, at the point of application, and the whole friction-free process takes less than 70 seconds.
